Registration for the Fall 2025 session running from September 8th until December 20th is now closed .
Notices for the 2026 Winter Session (recommended level) will be sent home with gymnasts the week of: Nov 15th-20th
For the Winter Session (running from Jan 5th-March 14th) and half-day camp on Monday December 22nd from 9-1, the schedule will be up for viewing on November 1st and registration starts on Saturday November 22nd at 10:00 am online.

These programs are for school-age kids, 6 years and older, and they will learn a modified CANGYM program.
Level 1, 6-8y
Recreational programs are for gymnasts 6 to 8 years old and include a modified CANGYM program level 1 : star jump, seat drops back to feet, jump down on two feet from a higher surface, front roll down the incline mat, front roll around the bar, handstand at the wall spider handstand 10 sec, spin the cat (a back to front somersault), walking forward on medium beam, shoulder stand 5 sec hold, bridge 5 sec and cartwheel. Gymnasts improve strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and learn the gymnastics basic skills.
Children MUST be at least 5 years and 10 months by the time the session begins. They can be as old as 8 almost 9.
Level 2 6-8y
This program is for gymnasts who have been in our program before and/or can do all the Level 1 skills and want to continue gymnastics to learn more advance skills
Modified CANGYM program level 2: pull over on the low bar with round help; 5 long swings; climb ¼ on the rope, walking backwards on medium beam; kick to handstand facing the wall; round off of a box; tuck and star jumps on trampolineGymnasts MUST be at least 5 years and 10 months old by the time the session begins (they can be as old as 8 almost 9y) and they must be recommended into this level after successful completion/mastery of the level 1 skills.
Parents, please do not try to register your child in a level that is too difficult for them.
Level 3 6-8y
This program is for gymnasts who have been in our program before and/or can do all the Level 2 skills and want to continue gymnastics to learn more advance skills
Modified CANGYM program level 3: pull over on the low bar; 5 long swings with good form; candle hold from hanging 10 sec, climb ½ on the rope, walking forward and backwards and with front/back kicks; scale hold one-foot, round of dismount, forward roll to standing on flat; backward roll on the cheese mat; handstand on the floor, cartwheel one hand; handstand -bridge -kick over at the box; running round off the fast track
Gymnasts MUST be at least 5 years and 10 months by the time the session begins (they can be as old as 8 almost 9y) and they must be recommended into this level after successful completion/mastery of the level 2 skills.

Level 4 6-8y
This program is for gymnasts who have been in our program before and/or can do all the Level 3 skills and want to continue gymnastics to learn more advance skills
Modified CANGYM program level 4: Front handspring off the vault, running to front roll on to a high mat; 3 cast to a back hip circle on low bar, climb the rope all the way up; scale hold one-foot on beam, mini handstand on the medium beam, bridge from standing to kick over; handstand walking 3-5 steps, running round on the floor, front handspring/fly spring off the fast track.
Gymnasts MUST be at least 5 years and 10 months old by the time the session begins (they can be as old as 8 almost 9y) and they must be recommended into this level after successful completion/mastery of the level 3 skills.

Pre teen level 1-2 9-13y
This program is designed to accommodate older athletes (9-13y) who have some or no previous gymnastics experience. Gymnasts in this class will learn all the level 1 and 2 modified CANGYM skills (basic gymnastics skills, rolls, swings, handstands and cartwheels, bridges, combinations on the beam and fast track). This class spends a portion of every session increasing strength and flexibility.
Gymnasts MUST be at least 8 years and 10 months by the time the session begins. They can be as old as 13.
Pre -teen level 3-4 9-13y
This program is designed to accommodate older athletes (9-13y) for gymnasts who have been in our program before and/or can do all the Level 2 skills and want to continue gymnastics to learn more advance skills
Modified CANGYM program level 3/4: pull over on the low bar; 5 long swings with good form; candle hold from hanging 10 sec, climb ½ on the rope, walking forward and backwards and with front/back kicks; scale hold one-foot, round of dismount ,forward roll to standing on flat; backward roll on the cheese mat; handstand on the floor, cartwheel one hand; handstand -bridge -kick over at the box; bridge from standing to kick over; handstand walking 3-5 steps, running round off the fast track ,front handspring/fly spring off the fast track.
Gymnasts MUST be at least 8 years and 10 months by the time the session begins. They can be as old as 13.

Artistic Gymnast level 5-6 skills:
This program is designed for girls’ gymnast who have been in our program before and/or can do all the level 3/4 skills and want to continue gymnastics to learn more advanced skills.
Trampoline/fast track: running to round off, front handspring, fly spring, front tuck, back handspring ;on bars: pull ever, back hip circle on low bar, jump to high bar, swing on high bar, to pull over and dismount; on beam: tuck and split jump, a scale one foot ,mini / full handstand , cartwheel on lower beam , dismount; on floor :front and back walkover , 2-3 elements tumbling line, full turn and spilt leaps .
Gymnasts MUST be recommended to this level and be at least 7 years old by the time the session begins (they can be up to 13y).
