Parent & Tot: 2.5-4 Years old co-ed
This program is designed for children age 2.5-4y and requires parents' participation (only one adult per child due to limited space in the gym).
Our P&T class encourages children to explore the equipment, play games using the fundamental positions of gymnastics, dance to music and socialize. They develop their social skills, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Each class begins with an invigorating warm up, followed by an obstacle course finished off with a gentle cool down complete with stretching.
The children MUST be 2.5y by the time the session begins. They can be as old as 4 years old.

Children MUST be at least 3y and 10 months by the time the session begins. They can be as old as 5 almost 6.

In kinder level 2, gymnasts work on a modified CANGYM program: star jump, seat drops back to feet, jump down on two feet from a higher surface, front roll down the incline mat, front roll around the bar, handstand at the wall spider handstand 10 sec, spin the cat, a back to front somersault, walking forward on medium beam, shoulder stand 5 sec hold, bridge 5 sec and cartwheel.
