Celestina Popa Gymnastics Inc. is almost at capacity, but there are still a few spots available. Please send an email to: to inquire.

Payment has to be made at the time of registration by cash /cheque or E-Transfer to Please include your child’s name and class in the E-Transfer subject and do not use a password (direct deposit only). Registrations are not final until payment is received; we will not hold a spot without payment. A GBC/ Waiver form is required only for new members (valid until Aug. 31, 2022)

Office hours: Starting on March 15th, the office will be open Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00pm-8.00pm.

Outside of office hours, please send an email with your desired class and wait for our reply with payment instructions.

ALL MEMBERS must re-register with Gymnastics BC starting every Sept., complete a NEW form and pay the annualy membership, which is valid from Sept. 1 to Aug. 31 next year.

Why do gymnastics?

Gymnastics is a great all-around sport, excellent for general development, strenght, coordination, flexibility, building a good self-esteem and a beautiful way of using the body and mind at the same time.

Why our club?

All our coaches are NCCP(National Coaching Certification Program) certified; the Program Director is Celestina Popa-Toma, who had extraordinary accomplishments as a gymnast(1985 Silver World Champ. Montreal, 1987 Gold World Rotterdam, 1988 Silver Olympic Seoul, and many other regional and international competitions) and as a coach she trained many athletes at national level.

Our club offers a variety of programs for different age groups, like Kindergym , Recreational , Interclub as well as Birthday Parties, Field-trips for schools and Day-Cares.

Benefits of Gymnastics

Extended participation in gymnastics classes provides children with many physical, cognitive and psychological benefits. Skills children gain from participation in gymnastics will continue benefiting them throughout their lives.

PHYSICAL - it contributes to the development of physical and motor skills. It can lay the foundation for strenght, endurance (muscular, respiratory, cardiovascular), agility, balance, flexibility, power, coordination, good posture and relaxation; A confident self image and positive attitude towards their bodies.

SOCIAL - it helps children to understand socially acceptable behaviour, respect for other people, manners, sharing and waiting a turn. Discipline and self control

INTELECTUAL - it allows children the ability to think for themselves, to stimulate their imaginations and to solve problems safely.
