FOR NEXT SEMESTER: Registration ALREADY started on NOV 26 and is ongoing. Please check Contact us page for office schedule. Registration can be done only in person during the office hours, with payment(cash or cheque only) and for new members-Registration Form(completed with the child's info). Thank you!

ALL MEMBERS must re-register with Gymnastics BC starting every Sept., complete a NEW form and pay the annualy membership of $30/athlete, which is valid from Sept. 1 to Aug. 31 next year. The fee contains Insurance and membership with Gymnastics BC($15), plus affiliation with Gymnastics Canada($3.30) and the rest is Club's registration & membership altogether(which also contributes to the affiliation with Gymnastics BC and Gymnastics Canada).

Children’s Fitness and Arts Tax Credits

* Effective for the 2016 taxation year, the maximum eligible amount per child will be reduced to $500 from $1,000 for the children’s fitness tax credit (which will remain refundable for 2016) and to $250 from $500 for the children’s arts tax credit. The supplemental amounts for children eligible for the disability tax credit will remain at $500 for both credits for 2016.

*Effective for the 2017 and subsequent taxation years, both credits will be eliminated.

Selections for COMPETITIVE programs are made by Celestina only, she will give notices to the selected athletes(members of our club) with information about the program and payment. If you are NOT a member of our club and wish to be assest in order to be in our Competitive Program, a $25 assestment fee(cash only) will be required and please send an e-mail to After selection: In order to secure your child's placement in the Competitive, Pre-Competitive, Interclub program, a deposit is required at the time of registration. The amounts for deposit and monthly payments are provided in the notices. Please provide post-dated cheques for the 1st of the month with specified amounts. No exception!

Why do gymnastics?

Gymnastics is a great all-around sport, excellent for general development, strenght, coordination, flexibility, building a good self-esteem and a beautiful way of using the body and mind at the same time.

Why our club?

All our coaches are NCCP(National Coaching Certification Program) certified; the Program Director is Celestina Popa-Toma, who had extraordinary accomplishments as a gymnast(1985 Silver World Champ. Montreal, 1987 Gold World Rotterdam, 1988 Silver Olympic Seoul, and many other regional and international competitions) and as a coach she trained many athletes at national level. Our club offers a variety of programs for different age groups, like Kindergym for 2 1/2 to 5 years old, Recreational for 5 to 16 years old, Pre-Competitive for girls 6+ years old as well as Birthday Parties, Drop-Ins and for schools and Day-Cares we offer Field Trips.

Benefits of Gymnastics

Extended participation in gymnastics classes provides children with many physical, cognitive and psychological benefits. Skills children gain from participation in gymnastics will continue benefiting them throughout their lives.

PHYSICAL - it contributes to the development of physical and motor skills. It can lay the foundation for strenght, endurance (muscular, respiratory, cardiovascular), agility, balance, flexibility, power, coordination, good posture and relaxation; A confident self image and positive attitude towards their bodies.

SOCIAL - it helps children to understand socially acceptable behaviour, respect for other people, manners, sharing and waiting a turn. Discipline and self control

INTELECTUAL - it allows children the ability to think for themselves, to stimulate their imaginations and to solve problems safely.
