Schools and day-cares are welcome to book field-trips Wednesdays and/or Thursdays from 9.00 and 10.00 or 10.30(depending on the length of the previous field trip). Please contact us to check availability for those times or to check if another day and time can be arranged for field-trip.
Our rules are in place for your kids safety, for that reason we reserve the right to cancel any field trip that doesn't respect our rules, please read the following:
Cost (all fees have HST included, CASH or CHEQUE only, please):
- 1 hour Field Trip for kids 3 1/2 years and older: $5/child;
- 1.5 hours Field Trip for kids grade 2 and up: $7/child.
We will incorporate fun games gymnastics skills and a lot of jumping, balance and strenght, supervised and organised by our coaches and with teachers help.
Minimum charge per field trip is $50(for 1 hour field trip) or $70(for 1.5 hours field trip), even if there are less than 10 kids/field trip; we ask the school/pre-school/day-care to deposit $50 or $70 to book their day and time.
A class list is required at time of visit. Pleaseclick here to download the form.Siblings that are not part of the school/pre-school/day-care are not covered by the Gymnastics BC insurance therefore are not allowed to participate in the field trip. The field trip group must BE IN THE AGE GROUP SPECIFIED BELOW!
For groups with kids ages between 3 1/2 and 5 years old maximum number is 16. For 16 kids there will be 2 instructors plus teachers help. Please make sure the group has kids with approximate similar ages, kids over 6 years old will not be allowed to participate with the group due to safety.
For groups with kids 6+ years old maximum number is 25-28, for maximum case the field trip will have 2 instructors plus teachers help. Please make sure the group has kids with approximate similar ages, kids under 6 years old will not be allowed to participate with the group due to safety.Any child with disabilities (physical or psychical) MUST BE ACCOMANITED BY A CARREGIVER/PARENT. We don't have coaches certified to work with disabled persons!
STUDENTS/PARTICIPANTS PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
Please let the kids know to bring a bottle of water!
Participants should arrive wearing comfortable clothing (please no jeans or pants with zippers and remove jewelry & watches)
Girls with long hair must be tied back.
No gum or candy!
